Administrators at the Manville High School in New Jersey suspended senior Frank Harvey to creating an innocuous anti-gun video filled with facts as part of a class project. When it was discovered, the school called the police, who cleared Harvey, but the school refused to do the same. Instead, they refused to allow him to return to school -- during his crucial senior year -- until he underwent an hours-long psychological exam. His mother rightly refused and Harvey will obtain his GED now instead. Below is this "offensive" video that Manville High School found worthy of suspension:
